Shared spaces
The shared areas within the guest residence are designed to bring people together but equally offer space for solitude when desired. Flowing on from the private guest entrance there is a living area with a cosy lounge and a dining area, an elegant bar, and a discreet kitchen, all looking out through floor to ceiling windows to the putting green and ocean beyond. In the lounge deep sofas surround the fireplace that sits beneath a large screen TV, and there is a turntable with a vintage record collection and connectivity to in-ceiling speakers. Control 4 is used for all your listening and watching options with Netflix, Sky TV, radio and playlists all made available for you to use. Also on this level is a powder room and laundry facilities.

Outdoor amenities and leisure
The outdoor areas at our luxury Auckland accommodation include a spectacular infinity pool and spa with sun loungers positioned poolside for you to enjoy the idyllic backdrop of the Pacific Ocean. A comfortable covered lounge area with refreshments fridge is nestled under an ancient Pohutukawa tree framing the vista to the ocean. For even more options for socialising and relaxing, opening out to the side of the floor to ceiling windows in the lounge is a deck complete with a three-meter outdoor dining table, beautiful potted greenery, and a comfortable outdoor seated area around a circular fire centrepiece. Other amenities include a yoga studio, putting green, kayak, paddleboards, trampoline, and a direct path from a private gate to Castor Bay beach and reserve.
