Personal Information
We collect personal information from you, including information about your name and contact information. We collect your personal information in order to host you as guests. You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. Deposit
A deposit of 50% of the total is required to secure your reservation. The balance is due 14 days prior to your arrival. All bookings made within 7 days of arrival require to be paid in full.
Check In & Check Out
Check In from 3:00pm - 11:30pm
Check Out from 6:00am - 10:30am
Please don’t hesitate to contact us if travel times require an exception to this, it helps with ensuring we are being mindful of our neighbours.
Occupants
Only the people shown on the booking confirmation are permitted on the property unless prior arrangements have been made with the hosts. No pets are allowed. Please ensure required bed configuration is confirmed at the time of booking if single beds or a cot are required..
Cancellation Policy
Due to our intimate size, cancellations affect us significantly. Our standard cancellation terms are below, however should you wish to call and discuss Cancellation Terms more suitable to the uncertain environment we find ourselves in due to COVID-19 we would be happy to discuss.
Cancellation of room bookings (days’ notice and % of total booking amount)
- < 30 days or ‘no show’ - 100%;
- 31 - 45 days - 50% or first night’s rate, whichever is greater; and
- 46 – 60 days - $250 administration fee.
Except the period, 1 Dec to 28 Feb when the following penalty applies:
- < 30 days or ‘no show’ - 100%;
- 31 - 60 days’ - 50% or first night’s rate, whichever is greater; and
- 61+ days - $250 administration fee
We strongly recommend that you have adequate travel insurance.
The credit card details you give us for the deposit and guarantee of your accommodation may be used for charges incurred due to cancellation and/or charges not paid for at checkout. In each case you agree your act of cancellation is your explicit permission for us to charge your credit card with any cancellation amounts.
No refunds are transferred to any credit card other than the original credit card provided for the guarantee or payment.
In the event we have to cancel the booking due to COVID or other unforeseen circumstances, we will refund 100% of payments made.
Note 1: Elements may release the booked dates without further notice if your payment is not received in cleared funds when requested.
